We are Dustin Flath and Cesar Gonzalez, co-founders of Bassnerd Baits, established in June 2024. Our professional journey commenced in 2020 when we met while employed in the insurance industry. From the outset, we recognized our shared enthusiasm for fishing, which solidified our friendship during our inaugural outing together. Since then, we have journeyed across Arizona, having fished over 50 water bodies, utilizing both land and boat access, ranging from expansive lakes to serene streams. We have experienced the full spectrum of Arizona’s climate, from the intense desert heat to the refreshing breezes of the northern region, all while indulging in our passion for fishing. Having frequently discussed the prospect of starting a fishing business, we seized the opportunity to launch Bassnerd Baits in June 2024. Every product we offer, including baits, apparel, and accessories, is meticulously crafted in-house in Tucson, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity in our offerings.
